It Starts at Home

When we say it starts at home, I feel that people normally think about children misbehaving. However, when I say it starts at home I am talking about promoting the attitude of UNITY. You will start to notice as we write more articles and share more community highlights that we will emphasis we put “Unity” back in Community. Over the years, the Southland has become a region that needs One Voice and One Purpose to unify each city and create a more meaningful experience for every resident, business and patron. When cities stop competing and start collaborating, the real Unity Spirit will guide this region to a place they have never seen before. We are excited to start the Community Corner in collaboration with the Park Forest Richton Park Neighborhood Network where all Southland residents, businesses and patrons can come and share their thoughts, ideas and resource needs to start building a Unified Southland where everyone starts becoming a community impact leader, community partner and community empowerment person to change the landscape of the Southland for generations to come.
